i have a problem with my blenny, seems as though he has taken a dislike to my foxface and yelloweye (kole) tang.
both foxface and blenny have been in the tank for the past year.
last additions were the kole tang and atlantic blue tang added around 2 months ago.
this morning i found both with large oval mouth wounds on their body.
the only thing in my tank with that shape of mouth is the blenny.
whilst feeding the fish nori the blenny was warned away by the foxface with flaring of the fins. yet all the other fish were happily feeding with the foxface.
markings on the tang and foxface seem to only happen at night.
All the fish are fat and seem to be healthy. they are feed mysis, krill, cyclopeeze, flake food, nori of which i seem to go through a sheet a day.

some photo's of the foxface scars

My Algae Blenny did the same thing suddenly started attacking a Damsel, Yellow Tang and a Foxface a few weeks ago, I found the Blenny dead yesterday morning I think he pushed his luck too far. :(
