Ditto - Tunze all the way for me. Has two sensors, one to indicate the water is too low and one to indicate the water is too high and stop the pump. It is also designed to stop after ten minutes continuous pumping in case the high level switch fails.

I fill manually with a jug, 600ml every day, I pour this into a small food container which is ontop of my display, It has air line silliconed into the bottom which goes to the display and drips into the SW. Very easy and cost about £3, Although when i upgrade im going for the TUNZE auto top up. Ive heard good reports about them.

Why not try the Aqua Medic SP 3000 Niveaumat it uses a dosing pump so is well suited for a nano tank.

Im really happy with it and its good value too as it includes the pump and all equipment required bar the reservoir. but you can top up straing from your water container.
