Hi guys

About a week ago i noticed a mark on the yellow band of my female clown. It looked like the yellow had rubbed away...nothing like whitespot etc.
She has been feeding and acting exactly as normal, so i thought i'd keep an eye and see what happened.
Today i notice a small bit of fungus on one of her fins and another of the mystery marks on her rear most stripe, so i'm worried now.

any ideas what this is?
It's the black/grey mark just behind her head on the yellow band

This happened to me a few weeks ago with my maroon he is fine i did treat him but did not have much corals in them so was not to worried about treating the tank.

One fine is now smaller plus has a scar on his head
He never stopped feeding or hide was just him self i thought it was like a cut of a rock or something.

But will watch this to see what other say.

PS Do you just have the one as I'm thinking pairing mine one up how do you no if the male or female

bob
I have a pair, but the male is fine right now.
I know which is which as i bought them as a pair, and the female is 3 times the size!

Treatment would be tricky, so i'm hoping she will kick it herself (she beat a bad case of whitespot a while back with no problems)
Just tested water and everything is fine.
Feed new era, so immune should be up.
annoying this fish lark !

Hard to say; I'd guess an injury and treat conservatively
