My two percs moved into my bta this evening, the bigger one is just lounging in there with a blissful look on his face. Its strange how heart warming it is!:D :D :D
hi there
its great when they "move in" they look so comfy in them.

well done, how long has the nem/clowns been in there? did it take them long. been 5 months in my tank and still the daft old buggers have never seen it.
Do you have to do anything to encourage them to go in or do they just suddenly decide to call it home !

I've had one of the clowns (a juvenile) on his own for about 6 months, finally got him an older partner last thursday. The nem came home last Saturday and took until monday to settle. Both clowns jumped in tuesday lunchtime and have been there constantly since The older clown is in heaven, you can see it in his eyes, he just lies there on his side. I've noticed him sucking in a tentackle and holding it in his mouth - odd, like a baby with a dummy! the nem doesn't seem too bothereds but sometimes shrinks back into his hole. Much to the dissapointment of the clowns. Can't offer any advice though - sorry:D
had mine a about 6 months and still not hosted :(
I had a 6month old female tomato clown and decided that I would get her a mate. I have a neon green bta that the female loved. I added the new clown 5 days ago (monday). She immediately did not like him. Chasing him all over the tank. She was also very protective of her nem. Well, apparently, she disliked the new guy so much that going carpet surfing was a better alternative than spending another minute in the tank with "the new guy".
