Is this to go in the tank in your signature (6x2x2 ... 2 x 1200 maxi-jet powerheads) ?
If so, first questions first - how will you protect the anemone from those powerheads?

clown will use other corals too,ie pussy corals etc
You will probably need to upgrade lighting, certainly the water circulation, and need to protect the powerheads from a wandering anemone before thinking of getting one.

ok thanks, i will put sponges on the bottom of the powerheads,, and how much more light should i add.

In the wild, Clarks Clownfish (Amphiprion clarkii) will often take up residence in a Bubbletip Anemone (Entacmaea quadricolor), and this is probably the most appropriate anemone for a reef tank. Try to obtain a captive propagated specimen as these are generally a little hardier than wild-caught anemones - not to mention that every anemone ripped off the reef, is one less home for tens, if not hundreds of clownfish.
It is possible to keep BTA's under T5 lighting, but light all anemones they will do better under metal halides. They require a mature, very stable tank environment with top notch water parameters.
There's plenty of information out there regarding anemones - the sticky at the top of this section is an excellent place to start:

Hi
I have a RIO 180 with powerheads and have recently added a green bubble tip nem and clown. My lighting is currently 2xT8's although I have a 4 x T5 luminaire coming. The clown and nem have settled in really well and are looking nice and healthy! Goes to show you just never know!!
Good luck with watever you get
Have seen more posts than I care to say about people who have successfully kept anemones for a while in tanks with unprotected powerheads and then the anemone takes an unexpected wander one day and ends up in the powerhead.
It only has to happen once.

a bta would be the best choice with your lighting as with most others you would have to upgrade to metal halide. clarki clowns are the only clown which will reside in any of the clown hosting anemones, they normally go into one as soon as it is placed in the tank.derek
