cant really tell from the photo,where did you get it from.what colour is the base,could be a malu or sand anemone.derek

From the colour and the shape of the tentacles it looks like a heteractis magnifica to me although it could be a bubble tip.

Most important with this nem is lots of strong lighting and lots of water movement.

I think Paul has it, but as it seems a little out of shape, more pictures are needed to firm up a little.
