Pussy coral help needed !!

I have a pussy coral that has been in my tank for just under a month. I expected it to sulk after it went in but it has been fine up until the past three days. It appears to have a white mould on the base of one of the arms and is starting to withdraw into itself. It is fairly near the surface in a moderate flow area under three white T5's, one actinic, anyone any ideas ????
All params are good.

No ideas, I'm afraid - and realise it could well be too late by now. One problem though is that 'pussey coral' can mean lots of different things. A pic of the coral, or a latin name would maybe help people with knowledge or experience of whichever one you have...
