ID and Help needed...

Could someone give me an exact ID on this little fellow please...

I have had him in my 20g Nano for 2 months now and he has grown so fast that he has split the rock he is attatched too into 3 piece...

I'm just a little worried that him trying to hold the base rock together is stressing him out a little!! His fingers haven't been as erect as usual and his colouration is getting a little pale...

any help wpuld be much appreciated...

I'm hoping to do a little aqua-scaping this weekend to change my formation to an L shape hopefully paving way for any future additions...

Can you guys give me any help on the ID of him and some possible solutions to his rock problem...?

Looks like a finger coral to me, lobophytum

I dont think he will be stressed by sitting on a broken rock. Sometimes they shut down for a couple of days while they shed a coat of mucus.
