have watched it but can't hear any sound, i would be very suprised if this isn't a holding tank whilst someone is doing a tank move. it's too clean, the fish are too happy and the equipment doesn't look permanently fixed.

Hmmm Maybe?? but the aquascaping looks a bit neat for a holding tank??

24-02-07, 19:53
I'd agree with Scoob. Left for any period of time they would rip each other to shreds.
Got to be a temporary holding tank.

He has many other videos with less fish, it seems as if he just keeps adding them.

I cant imagine someone could seriously put that amount of, expensive, fish in a tank that size for any length of time.
Must be just a holding tank.
Still totally unacceptable.

If its a holding tank why so many vids of it and none of the 700gallon? I know which one i would be more proud of and want to show off! And why if its a holding tank do they keep adding more fish! I know some of us push our stocking levels but thats just cruel!

This is an old thread, been battered already!!

Without doubt it's a holding tank while the main display tank has been upgraded/refurbed

Before judgement i'd ask why all fish look healthy and question if anyone would spend the obvious amount of money on fish with a crappy tank???

Just think a little!?!?

I hope the video doesn't give inspiration to would be fish keepers and give them ideas. It is my belief that only the poster of the videos can disable comments, no wonder he/she disable theirs with the uproar it has caused.

I walked into a fish shop on the outskirts of london and was met by a similar site . a 14inch angel in an 20 inch square cube , i promptly complained to the shop owner who was quick to jump down my throat with the comment " there are 30.000 litres an hour going through that tank the fish dont know the difference he then showed me a massive filter system out in a back room . and the guy also became known to me as one of the top marine experts in the country at the time.
