Bit confused!

We all know dendros are filter feeders, so I was thinking phyto before lights out, prob is, as soon as the lights do go out, it closes up :(

Any clues, how is everyone feeding thiers?

According to Claude at Fauna Marin dendro diets consist of mainly bacteria ladened coral mucus and not phyto!

I know that reef encounters have sucessfully kept one in their display tank for a some months on the Fauna Marin ultralith system

My local shop has 2 that have reproduced from nowhere in there display tank,
and have been thriving for ages just above the detrius in the tank, Nice freebies id say.
