Aquatronica Error

Hi All,

When I try to view the temp data on my aquatronica I get the following error

I am able to see data for other probes, ph, redox just neither of the temp probes :(

Has anyone seen this before or know a fix?

How old is the probe, have you kept it clean etc?

I have 2 and it is happening on both, I think the probes are ok, one is a year old one is 6 months.

They are reading a temp and I can view the graph on the unit just not on the pc software yet I can view other probes on the pc software :(

It is a fresh install of the pc software today and it is also doing it on another pc :(

ok will do, I think the fix is going to be a factory reset, the reaload the settings :(

But we shall see.....

Your problem is not exactly like what I have seen before but I do know that
if you have the PC software connected during a graph update it will give that sort of error. ie. If you have the temp graphing interval set to Daily that means every 30 minutes it will add new sample Data. If the other probes are set to weekly it will be a 3 hour interval. So if you have the PC connected for longer that 30 minutes it will get a update during that period and give the error just on the Temp probe.

I see what you are saying but if I disconnect and reconnect then load the graph immediatly it should be ok but its now :(
