View Full Version : Help! Aquatronica all blank!
Have a problem with my unit (controller , 2 plug bars, pH, temp).
I tried to attach an aquadoser (already updated to V3 software) and it was not recognised - in fact it froze the controller breifly then it restarted with ?? to the plug bars and probes. Figured I would do a reset - now controller not recognising anything :(
PITA - just about to run around and find some plug in timers and check the heater thermostats....
Any suggestions?

I'm sure the blank screen has been discussed here before, but think it always ends with a "Spoke to wavey, all sorted now".
If you solve a proper reset, it may be worth posting the solution.
Edit - sorry I can help though.

I rest my case!
What had happened in the end? How did you sort?
Its been posted back to Ian.
A battery removal didn't fix it. Tank now running on multiple timers!
Nothing compared to my tank leakage problems at the weekend.
Thankfully all has been quiet this evening!

People only post on here when they have problems, not to report that everything is working perfectly! :p
i brought the internet leads ect so i can do an update but so many people are haing problems i am scared to do one incase it buggers mine up, shame as this seems to be the biggest problem with these units.:annoyed:

arrows - have you tried at least connecting the controller to the PC yet? If you don't have any problems with this, there's a very good chance the internet update will work fine. The majority of problems occur when the communication between controller and PC is "a bit iffy" during the update.
