Hi,

No need to feed as you are doing. They will pick up food when you feed your fish.

Hi dont go ott with the feeding, as Tetley rightly said any left overs from the fish will suffice,i have two BIG BT anemones and all they have is the leftovers.
the art to keeping a tank successfully is stability, keep it simple.

Don't overdo it damien. You may end up with high nitrates or even nitrites if you are not very careful, as much of that will be wasted, and therefore waste.

As said above, you do not really need to feed, but if you want to, just a small amount every once in a while will suffice.

I do spot feed my buttons with a turkey baster once in a while, as they do like artemia. the others won't take anything directly
