Well I have now been dosing Prodibio for 4 weeks, so I thought I would give a bit of an update.
Overall I haven't seen much difference in the corals, polyp extension hasn''t increased. Although I am noticing that the polyps coming out of the millipora do not seem as brown as they used to be.
The slight cyano problem in lower reaches of the tank has definately decreased but not eliminated. Macro algae growth is no where near as vigorous. I can definately seen a change here.
Before I started I was also getting a diatom bloom in the lower regions, this as all but gone.
Nitrates have a slightly increased to about 2.5ppm, this may be just an coincedence.
PO4 is not measurable using D&D kit, it was like this before.
I think the jury is still out for me.
