Hammer coral

My hammer coral in the last day has developed a bubble (hope the photo shows it clearly enough). Is this normal behaviour or should i be worried. Any helpful views welcomed.

think thats usually a sign its splitting , growing a new head

Thanks for that, i wondered how they developed their heads! The bubble is completely transparent.
