Aquatronica gone blank

it has been freezing every couple of days for the past 3 weeks now it has gone blank can anybody tell me how to contact aquatronica in the uk

First off have you tried to reset it yourself? Failing thaat then ITC have a website or
PM Wavey on here, he is the UK distributor.

yes several times i have unplugged the controller from the plug bar for about 60 seconds and it then works for a couple of days but today it wont have it

Go into menu and then settings, there is a reset option. Try this first and let us know how you get on. Remember it will lose all your curent settings when you do this.

If it's already updated to 5.62 you can save the settings and restore them.
