I bought a six header in January - it's got around twenty now. Yours has got some catching up to do! :p

They are popular in the states, sort of a zoanthid of the LPS corals (they even look like zoos).

a mate picked up one similar to this (15 heads) for £97 yesterday;)

The pics people put up dont do this coral justice. Once they have been in a tank and settled for a while they heads swell up huge. Centres of the heads and the branches also turn a nice neon green colour.

The attraction is:= They are hardy, can acclimate to lowerlight levels, nice colour, not too aggressive, fairly uncommon, easily grown, lucrative and easily fragged and have a different growth shape with the long fleshy stalk. Enough to make me like them:thumbsup: .so there:laugh:

i have 1x duncan head thats recently just become 6x heads (maybe 7) and its seems happy under T5 tube lights and never fed :)

Lol my duncan lost all its heads and died, *******, waste of £87.

from tests they are very sensitive to iodine, very strange your one died? they are as tough as old boots.

i thought mine had died too.
Nothing was coming out at all...looked dead.
2 weeks later they all started to come ut again and are now fine.
The only frag that didn't recover has now got the beginnings of a head showing...and that's been 3 months without coming out !!
