Finally received my replacement dosing pump & fitted it this morning, tried a manual dosage by it, worked fine & then tried another, seems fine whereas I thought the old one was locking up when using this command & giving bus errors.....
So I then calibrate the 3 heads & re-enter my programs as this one is seen as dosing pump 2 now.... All seems fine until I've now checked it & a program that should be running isn't :mad: The bloody thing has locked up! BEfore you say anything its not a programming error as its doing the same as the last one & although the Aquatronica main controller is showing the program running on head1 its not, in fact if you then try pushing any of the 3 buttons on the front to dose like that the whole thing is dead, same as the last one it requires the power to be turned off so it comes up disconnected, then power back on & its fine??????
Sooooooooooooo, have I been real unlucky it getting 2 dosing heads with almost the same probs (doubtful???) or is the actual AT faulty & causing the problems all along??? :confused::(
Any thoughts please? I ain't going to hold my breath over getting hold of Ian even monday its its been a bugger for the last 3 weeks whilst waiting for this replacement when I've tried :eek:
I've checked both the PC software & AT firmware & they are both on latest releases?
