Hi

Anybody using the reox probe to control a nitrate filter?

How have you got it programmed?

I waas thinking of using it to control an AM1000 nitratereactor with a SP3000 peri-pump?

Any suggestions/ advice would be appreciated.

Thanks :)

Hi

I have an Aquamedic NR1000 and control it with my Aquatronica system using a Redox Probe.

Without a suitable computer you will never get the unit running properly.

thanx

thats what i thought might be the case

how have you got it programmed?

do you use the redox to simply switch on / off the pump - or is there a better way?

what redox values are u using?

Yep, would usually just switch on/of feed pump, when redox starts to climb(say from -200, or whatever is the recommended for your reactor) you shut the feed of, when redox drops turn feed back on.

my deltec nitrate reactor says 170 mv the aqutronica should be set to actvate the solelenid this will alow aditinal water in to the reactor whitch will subsequently reduce the redoxand switch off the solenid off what im saying what is the best way to program the aqutronica to do this please
