You need to contact your dealer asap. There is a batch of Aq units that have some sort of electronic defect and they freeze like this. If you leave it till the battery discharges the unit will power back up and operate normaly for a few hours or days but it will happen again. Do Not Trust the controller at this point! It may freeze when a an RO solenoid is ON or while running your chiller or heater and that will be a disaster. The only good news is that the powerbar timers are not dependent on the controller for daily operation so you can unplug the controller and the lights and anything else on timers will operate the same. Anything that depends on probe programs eg. pH, Level, temp etc will get stuck in there last command state when the controller freezes.
The dealers are aware of the problem and since most are still under warranty you should get a replacement fast. BTW check the method that the replacement will be sent, Aquatronica only pays for ground delivery so if you want fast (next day air), you will have to pay for that.

Lastly, if you get it running again and have the latest firmware, do a quick backup so you can restore your settings onto the replacement unit. If you don't have the latest firmware and PC software, write all the settings down on paper as the older firmware could not make a proper backup.

Clean with a tooth brush or similar, really scrub it, then leave in calibration solution for a couple of hours before calibrating.
