Mod announcement

I am sorry to announce that PhilWorrall has now stepped down as a mod due to a busy home and work life.

I would like to thank Phil for his input, especially in the Scuba section over the years.

Phil will still use UR and I'm sure would be happy to answer Scuba Questions if asked.

Sorry to loose you Phil but stick around.. your allways welcome, and going by some of the ramblings on here your assistance and expertise will obviously be required in diagnosing what appears to be in some cases persistant Nitrogen Narcosis.....:D
