Wavey of all the AQT dealers you seem to be the largest. I assume that gives you a little more inside leverage than most of the other dealers. Can you please relate to the AQT management that they are really starting to lose peoples confidence in their ability to provide software upgrades and new products. It has been so long since the promised the SMS and leak detectors that one has to wonder what is going on. Also this must be the longest time it has been between a software update or even any kind of official statement from AQT to let the customers know they are still working on new things. Mean while Profilux seems to be aggresively moving ahead and releasing new hardware and software and making some of us think it's time to switch. Can you please find out if they have changed management at AQT or something? If they have done something they need to change it back fast.

You won't get a reply from Ian as he's stopped using UR..... Also why not email Aquatronica direct from their website, they normally reply within 48hrs?

Having just bought an Aquatronica after a lot of thought, I'd be interested to know is there any particular reason why he's stopped using UR ? And am I about to regret having bought one ?

Why would him stopping using UR affect your Tronica purchase?:confused:
If he wanted you to know why he no longer uses UR I am sure he would have told you.:whistling:

ITC are the sponsor who supply Aquatronica and we are told that one of them has stopped using UR; I fully accept that this could be for any number of reasons but it's not quite the same as a non-sponsor no longer using UR. A better question would have been, does this reflect negatively in any way on Aquatronica, following the query by the previous poster.
A nervous reaction by me, possibly, having just shelled out on what was not cheap kit. That was all.

It has nothing to do with Aquatronica.
Through the ITC website you will no doubt get the help and support you need.
Its a bit like RO Man in a way, they normally don't answer anything in a thread and ask you to contact there helpdesk.
Doesn't worry me about him not being here (directly) as said its ITC which sponsor & have the rights to Aquatronica here in the UK & Ian is one part of that....
As with most sponsors they don't have the time to sit on the board 24/7 waiting for people to post questions for them to answer.... As always the best advice is to go to their direct website & contact them through that for a quick repsonse if you have a concern or query?

I have closed this thread, as what is being said contradicts messages previously posted by ITC.
I will leave it for Jez to deal with, when he returns from his holiday.
