I felt I had to write a little something to heap praise where its due on Reefdreams.
Have been hunting for ages for a suitable redox monitor and found one at reefdreams. They provided sound technical advice and dispatched the goods which arrived next day.
Now due to various reasons (probably on my part :o ), I had a problem with the unit. Within minutes of emailing them, reefdreams had phoned up and was running through the issue with me. A replacement was dispatched without question straight away, which also included a free upgrade to a better pinpoint probe:applause:
Now you peeps might not find this very exciting, but as we can all be prone to moan about high prices and poor service from time to time, I thought it was worth sharing the excellent service that is still around in our hobby.
