Given the spread of locations and travelling expenses, free postage would suit most IMO.

Voted for the loyalty card, i think this would work well for the business and the customer, but it is still my second preferred choice;)

Having looked at your site a few times I think the prices are already very competative and as said before there we are not a local forum so the free postage would probably benefit most people:) and bring more buisness (you see great prices, but when the postage is added it ends up about the same cost as LFS).

Free or cheap delivery for me, I think thats whats put people off mail order goods sometimes
