Called Monday evening (around 5pm) and was told to email my list of items and it would be answered ASAP the next day by shop staff...

No reply to the email as of this time

Was hoping to have the list filled and the item to by end of the week... guess I'll take my business else where.... was trying to stay semi-local to the Bridgend/Cardiff area and support a sponsor. :(

cheers,
Joe

Perhaps the shops busy dealing with customers (shock horror).

Have you rung to check that the email was received?

Perhaps before posting on here it may be an idea to call the shop in question to ascertain the facts before casting assumptions.

Hi,

I have spoken to Mark for you and he apologises and will reply now, he did however point out that he has had other things on his mind (a new addition to the family) and that many of the items requested required direct contact with Aquamedic etc. Which they have only received a reply about today.

Some of the items also are not held in stock although he has placed some orders today.

As stated, he is sorry and is replying as I type'ish

Muzzy.. I don't drive here in the UK as my US DL is only valid for the 1st year in the UK and I have yet to take the UK test just to upgrade my DL. Also it is a 1 1/2 hr trip from Bridgend to there with current construction being carried out on the M4. Hence the need to have things posted to me.

Jobr.. email was sent to TWO different email addresses. While I can appreciate they may be busy, but by me allowing 48hrs to even acknowledge the email was received would be nice. I run my own business with locations both here in the UK and the US.... I still make every effort to answer my emails in a timely manner, even when I was down on my back with a kidney stone (shock horror)

Sandfordb..... I can understand that a new addition to the family can add to time constraints for the owner. Though I was told (I assume by the owner) that the staff would be answering my email the following day (yesterday).

Craig thank you for checking up on this... I will await their email reply. I'm not sure if he pointed these things out to you, or if he was saying he pointed them out to me on the phone.. as if he states they were pointed out to me, then he must have me confused with someone else as this was not mentioned during the less than 2 minute phone conversation as I did not supply him with a full list of items needed, hence my email with the list.

cheers,
Joe

He was referring to your list that you emailed I believe. All I do know is that he had to contact some suppliers about some of your list.

Other than that I don't know as I'm not there, on seeing your thread I rang them though and got through straight away.

My recommendation is always to phone TAC, even to discuss an email that you have sent.

I hope to get them posting on here but as stated by others they do get incredibly busy.
