View Full Version : Plug Bar Buzzing?
Came home from work this evening - and my Tronica plug bar is buzzing :confused:
Shouldn't really do this, so was wondering what I can do to sort it out. I have turned off all equipment 1 by 1 to ensure it is not a pump etc.
The noise if deffinately coming from the plug bar.
Any ideas or advice on this - I don't want the unit to go up in flames.

i have the same issue with my plug bar.
Mine does it from time to time - bloody nuisance!
I think you find most if not all buzz, not sure why but i remeber reading somewhere on here wheer someone said the same and most people found there units do buzz.

They don't all buzz, well none of mine do.
If there is a slight hum i wouldn't worry, if the buzzing is quite loud or the bar gets very hot i suggest either contacting ITC or your dealer and getting it swapped out.

ITC came back to me today - They advised it was due to the transformer inside of the plug bar. They are going to replace it for me, as the new plug bars have different internals.
Can't fault the service so far - fast responce, and are going to swap it with no issues at all - deffo get a :thumbsup: from me so far.
