Hi Andy,
The units will run without a plugbar, if you are just wanting to monitor parameters or control LED lighting/Streams.
We do not retail the GHL as we are the distributors, that is why it isn't on the website. I am sure that Cyber Aquatics, Heritage or Jasons Aquatics will be pleased to supply you, they are retailers for the GHL.
Steve
No Problems
Thanks for the info

steve, can you post up some pictures of the connectors and are the models interlinkable ?
i am thinking on the new build i am doing it will be much neater to run 2 base units one for the parameters and running the underneath of the tank and one to handle above the tank and then link the both togethor and run them to the pc for the logging and web access.
and i quite like smaller unit fo runder the tank and one of the big boys for above the tank :)
also can you control both a wavebox and the streams if running them like this ?
all the best
Will

Wills,
The units can be interlinked and then connected to a pc to view and control all units through the one interface. Which connectors did you want pictures of, I have updated the www.ghl-profilux.co.uk website with all the new products and descriptions. There is also more information on the ever expanding wikipedia for GHL at http://ghl.wiki-site.com/index.php/Main_Page

I forgot to add, yes it would allow you to run a wavebox from one controller and a pair of streams on the other. But, you could just wait till the next firmware which will allow you to do this from one controller.
Steve
well mainly the conector to interface them with each other as the cabls will have to bu run through a hole in the tank and just want to check that they will fit no need for a piccy i suppose just if its serial usb etc

awsome news thats grand, :applause::applause:
Also can the dosing pumps be used as a peri pump for a feed for a calcium reactor or will this have a detrimental effect ?
i will pop down next week to collect some bits, si managed to blow up most parts on my calcium reactor over the last week :)
and just spotted the solenoids you are doing :)

The dosing pumps aren't designed for long term continual use, but some of the Americans worked out it was still cheaper to run them continually and replace the individual pumps (with the spares that are available) after 18 months if they fail than buying dedicated continuous use peri pumps. Obviously we couldn't recommend using them in this way :whistling:

does sound like might give it ago since the other peri pump took a dive and need a new one anyway, could just set it to run per ml per hour or whatever the requirement would be
