I am leaving Neil soon, been offered something elsewhere. As I am not a marine(r) - I may not be about but Neil will probably use my log in until he sorts his own out. Your a great bunch in here, and very knowledgeable. I've learned a bit just by browsing around - congratulations to all of you.

Neil is a great bloke and his prices are really competitive, even if some of you disagree from time to time. Support him and he will see you right. We do have one hidden factor in your favour, our backup support.

I constantly get feedback thanking us for our after sales backup, support and general help on subjects sometimes not related to the sale in question.

Its been a pleasure helping all our customers, thank you all :applause:

I can only speak for myself but I'm sure most of your customers would agree. It's an even bigger pleasure to be a customer! simply because of all the help and support we receive and never any pressure to buy. Thanks to all the staff, you are all appreciated for all the help you offer!

Thank you Perry, it may sound corny in this day and age of ultra sell, "essential" must haves and suchlike but, we sell the customer what they want. If the customer's requirements do not equate with practicalities, we advise. If a customer does not see what he (or she) wants in the store, we can damn well soon get it. All in all, customer first. I have enjoyed it!
