Plugbar socket stuck on.. Please Help!

Hi all need some info on the above, my lights run through my tronica, now the plugsocket that has my t5's on (only 2 tubes) has got stuck on! (or would not switch off ) checked the programme settings & nothing has changed

so i am bit stuck:confused: so any ideas / help ???

Try deleting the program and re entering.

Are you running the latest version of soft and firm ware?????

have now deleted the old one & just put a test one in for 5 minutes but it still did not turn off, running version 3.11 but dont have the software to update now

If the head units responding try doing a reset from the menu this will wipe all your setting but may fix the problem.
