Hi Mark
Firstly can I just say A big Thankyou to yourself for the hospitality and the time that you showed to me on my visit, and a massive thanks to the guys for all there time in bagging up the corals for me.
Its all too many times that we all experience in the retail enviroment people that are not happy with Service for one reason or another, I certainly get that in my industry, now whether thats because we simply get to busy running our business and spending the time with people that need that help and advise, I feel that some people think that you should answer there questions at the drop of a hat, but this is never easy as we all have a million things to do, these people should take the time to come down to your premises and experience you and your teams dedication to the marine world and the knowledge in which you have to offer.
All i can say is what a tremendous set up you have with the most amazing Corals and fish, every tank was immaculate and the attention detail was out of this world.
And its for that reason why i walked out of your shop £1,200 lighter than when i went in. You will need to update your website now because some of those beauties on there are all mine.
Thanks once again to you and the guys there for all your help, a quick thought to anyone on here posting behind there keyboard that if they have not had a answer to there enquiry, rather than posting on here, take the time to phone as these guys will be busy helping people in the shop or on the phone, as they would help and advise you, if you rang.
