Hi Steve,
I bought an ATC800 off you a couple of months ago and it's been working superbly well. However last week I managed(no idea how) to break a heater. I had three 300w heaters wired in together. Since the breakage although the light comes on to show the heaters should be coming on they don't:( . I have since removed both heaters and wired them to plugs and they work fine.
Any ideas ?
rgds,
Anthony

It sounds like the heater breaking has sorted the relay in the unit and welded it shut. Not a great deal can be done if that is the case unfortunately.

Give me a call tomorrow.
