Ladies and Gentlemen...

It is with.....well.......a sense of pure fear that I bring one of this Christmas's competitions to your attention.

A few weeks ago I was approached by two sponsors that asked for some 'help' with a caption competition, that 'help' ended up being what you will see in a sec but first, a little information about what is going on and who it is that is supplying this great prize.

To celebrate their expansion, Cyber Aquatics has very, very generously offered to supply a full GHL Profilux II starter kit to the winner of this years Christmas competition, as if that wasn't enough, Steve Waterhouse (GHL uk distributor) then offered to increase this package to the GHL Profilux II EX pack worth in the region of £520 I'm sure you will agree that is a hell of a prize to give away in a competition that costs you nothing to enter.


This pack consits of:

"So" I hear you ask "How does one go about aquiring such festively aquatic loveliness"

Well as you may have gathered it is a caption competition, below you will find a picture, a not very flattering picture, of a Christmas scenario. To enter all you have to do is post in this thread a caption that you deem fitting to the picture. You can enter as many times as you like (please, only one per member for the first week) and it will run from today December the 1st through to Christmas Eve, 23 days form now. The winning 'caption' will be picked by Chris at Cyber Aquatics and Steve at GHL, the guys donating the prize. If they can't agree on the same one or if there are no clear winners, they will pick their favourites and put it to a public vote.

Please remember this is a family site with a family themed competition, i am sure nobody needs reminding to keep it clean and not too harsh. Obviously we are expecting some cheek in return for our efforts, it will go with the territory, any comments deemed to be too insulting will be pulled and not entered into the competition.

To give those that may not recognise the victims a fair chance, here are the cast:

Kent police were tonight examining the most bizzare speed camara shot ever taken in great britain.

4 Vodka swigging bandits (known in the crime world as the 'Kentish Muppets' ) dressed in christmas outfits, were caught in the act of escapeing from the profilux factory in Kent, when thier raindeer sufferd a catastrophic loss of drive (later diagnosed as 'Imnotdraggingthosefatbastarrdsanyfurther' syndrome which is a rare condition in raindeer) left them stranded by the side of the road right under a speed camara set up to catch speeding drivers.

Once Kent Police arrested and interveiwed the Kentish muppet gang, all became clear. One member, 'known only as ScootBooth' explained they would have got away with it untill some ******** on a blue Kawasaki ZX10R decided to pull a monster wheely past the stranded sled, consequently setting off the camara. another gang member claimed he was "told to do it by aliens"

None of the gang could explain how one of them needed hospital treatment to remove a cactus from his nether regions, although it is believed by Police to be some kind of initiation passage for junior gang members.

The raindeer, sadly needed to be put down with a shot to the head by a trained vet after it was seen to be bleeding from the nose. The vet later explained that he had never seen such an appaling display of cruelty to an animal in over 30 years as a vet....."making it pull 'that' much weight was just barbaric" he said,....."and it wasnt even snowing, the poor thing was dragging that sled on bare concrete for at least a mile before it gave out at the speed camara..

Kent police were tonight examining the most bizzare speed camara shot ever taken in Great Britain.


4 Vodka swigging bandits (known in the crime world as the 'Kentish Muppets' ) dressed in christmas outfits, were caught in the act of escapeing from the profilux factory in Kent, when thier raindeer sufferd a catastrophic loss of drive (later diagnosed as 'Imnotdraggingthosefatbastarrdsanyfurther' syndrome which is a rare condition in raindeer) left them stranded by the side of the road right under a speed camara set up to catch speeding drivers.


Once Kent Police arrested and interveiwed the Kentish muppet gang, all became clear. One member, 'known only as ScootBooth' explained they would have got away with it untill some ******** on a blue Kawasaki ZX10R decided to pull a monster wheely past the stranded sled, consequently setting off the camara. another gang member claimed he was "told to do it by aliens"


None of the gang could explain how one of them needed hospital treatment to remove a cactus from his nether regions, although it is believed by Police to be some kind of initiation passage for junior gang members.


The raindeer, sadly needed to be put down with a shot to the head by a trained vet after it was seen to be bleeding from the nose. The vet later explained that he had never seen such an appaling display of cruelty to an animal in over 30 years as a vet....."making it pull 'that' much weight was just barbaric" he said,....."and it wasnt even snowing, the poor thing was dragging that sled on bare concrete for at least a mile before it gave out at the speed camara..

After sentancing at the Old Baily, the remaining members of the Notorious Kentish Muppet gang (see earlyer news release Minus the now dead raindeer). were sentanced to 5 yrs hard labour in the prison theatrical group and forced to perform Christmas songs on stage to entertain the other inmates.

it is hoped that this new method of state punishment will teach them a new trade that they can put to good use, once released back into the reefing community.
