Most Excellent Service

This is a quick not just to let you other guys know what a great service I have received from this company.

I ordered a reactor from them that leaked, so I contact them on saturday explaining the problem. On sunday I got a resolution, a replacement will be sent out.

Now working in support I deal with suppliers/manufactures all the time who are constantly dodging responsibilty for the supplied product. What a breath of freshair it was to have something done without having to kick off!!

Once again, thanks to everyone at the Aquatic Store for a great professional service.

I agree with you stompy, I have dealt with Aquatic Store on a number of ocassions, and not always to make a purchase, sometimes, just to enquire about products. Their service and communication is excellent in every way.
