martyn,
The coral you posed up in a Scleronephthya sp. They rely almost 100% on food capture and does not require any light at all. They prefer lots of indirect flow and LOTS of food. As a minimum you should be feeding at least 5+ times a day with particle foods of various sizes (300-800 microns). Keep an eye on your water quality with such heavy feeding.
Unfortunately these are very difficult corals to keep and should not be attempted by new reefers. Most end up dying due to poor water quality and lack of feeding.

Orange scleronephthya, have the too (beginner level).
DannyD gave me the clue, that made them open, and looks, like they are growing since: a lot of flow, 15x of that I thought previously was a limit even for sps. And practically constant feeding, with decent density of food - not a singular crustaceans here and there.
You can judge the flow by green star polyps:

The sclero slightly springs in the flow too:

The first steps: make a proper flow and find the food. Then - dosing device or in house helping hands.
Food: You can check sclero threads here for in depth information, but almost always available food may be: rotifers, baby brine, cyclops, decapsulated brine shrimp eggs, finest seafood blend, HatchFry, ReefRoids, Oyster eggs, Fauna Marin, Golden pearls. 50-200 micron particle size.
Not the bottled food, like Kent.
Amount of food: by my standards, it's 40x of thinkable.
I didn't provide that for my first, pink sclero, and it wasted away, only two babies lasted for 1.5 years without growth. Both were lost in accidents.
Good luck!
