Welcome to the new year and welcome to the start of another awesome series of Tank of the Month! As usual Ultimate Reef is proud and honoured to bring you the finest examples of this wonderful hobby and this year we're kicking of with an absolute peach!

When I first saw this tank I hoped that I wasn't the only one who thought 'this is definitely TOTM material'! It appears that you not only heard my thoughts but you reacted to them as well - there were numerous votes flooding in from yourselves to have this tank showcased!

We all love reef tanks - it's why we're in this hobby - but for me a reef tank has got to have fish - lots of fish! This tank is stunning and the montiporas are to just die for. Throughout 2008 I plan on visiting as many tanks as I possibly can and this one is definitely on that list.

So... with out a wasting a moment more -congratulations Matty29 for leading the way in this years Tank of the Month!

Wow Matt what can i say,this is one of the best tank of the months i have seen:thumbsup: .
The colours of those corals and the scaping is real nice,i might have to try some of the Tropic marin pro coral to try and get my monti's that colour as my lighting setup is prob the same sort of output that urs is.
Love to see it in the flesh at a meet one day:thumbsup: :thumbsup: :D

Steve - As the man holding the big goldfish says, pro-coral is a tmc product so most lfs should stock it. I'm sure it's just concentrated trace elements.
