Introducing the ATC300 temperature controller.

This versatile and stylish controller will protect your aquarium from defective heater thermostats which have been known to fail with disastrous consequences :(.
The above unit comes complete with a 2 socket plugbar, one socket for heater control and one socket to act as a simple timer socket (on for x hours off for y hours).
Simply set your desired temperature and the controller will turn your heater on and off to maintain your aquariums temperature within 1 deg of the temperature. If your aquarium heater has a built in thermostat then set this to 1 or 2 degrees above your desired temperature as a double fail safe.
A visual and audible alarm function is built into the unit so when the temperature exceeds or falls below the desired temperature by more than the alarm offset 1-5ºC, the alarm will sound.
In the unlikely event of the sensor failing the unit will fail safe and switch off the heater and sound an alarm.
All in all this is a vital controller for the aquarium and a bargain at less than £25!
