Hi
have rang your customerservices as i did not receive my conversion chart with for either my salinity calibration fluid or my conductivity calibration fluid (for tds meter).
i have manged to figure out that the pinpoint salinity calibration fluid solution thats 53.0mS Is equall to 1.0264
Im really struggling with figuring out what the pinpoint conductivity calibration fluid at 45.0 µS is equal to in PPM
the gentleman who i spoke told me to go to supplers website americamarineusa.com and i could
get a conversion chart there.
well i cant find one, all ive found is a complicated formula.
CONVERSION TO OTHER SCALES OF HARDNESS
33 microSiemens = 17.9ppm
33microSiemens = 1dH (German ° hardness)
1dH = 17.9ppm
to be honest this means nothing to me, im no chemist, im not even sure its relivent :( (im new to SW)and it would be alot easier if i had been sent my Conversion chart with the fluid :annoyed:
can someone please be kind enough to tell me what 45 µS converts to in PPM :D
Without knowing this i cant calibrate my TDS meter :eek: as it only reads in PPM, thus the calibration fluid is useless if i cant convert it to PPM :shocking:
thanks in advance for your help.
:thanks:
