Hi
I have a Canon 350d was wondering what macro lens you would recommend? Cheaper the better but quality shots wanted! you guys know what you are doing what setting should i have my camera on for close ups? :thanks:

Few choices
100mm canon usm 2.8
90mm tamron macro
105 sigma macro
60mm canon macro
Thats in order that i would go with.As for settings,aperture priority may well suit you as you will have control of DOF,i personally use full manual though.

from the list given by Reef bloke, for cheaper version I would recommend Tamron SP90 Di 2.8

if you cant afford the canon one M8, go for the Tamron, leave the sigma they are pants in lens quality always have been. you have paid good money for camera M8 worth putting a good lens on it, as its the lens that does the work not the camera
