Faulty Vortech pump

As above the pump I purchased from you has developed a fault ,the impellor shaft seems to have a lot of play and movement in it ,pump running noisy and slow and green light is flashing on and off please advise.

Hi Michael,

I am still trying to catch up with all the emails and calls having been away, so sorry I didn't I get back to you today. It sounds like the wetside is faulty, I have a spare here which I can send you. Can you drop me a mail with your address etc and I will get it sent out to you tomorrow with a SAE for return of the faulty one.
