Love the bug,the first shot looks a little spooky,still waiting for the zombies to appear from the end of the road in the headlights lol.

why did you drive it to morrocco? wasnt the cannonball run was it? they went there a few years ago.

lolo was a little spooky, that wa sin the middle of spain down some little road we wern't meant to be on :eek: oops


Muz- we drove it there as part of a charity challange. drove from liverpool to FEZ in morocco in 5 days whilst doing wacky challanges.
some were realy silly like dye your hair pink, others took some more balls, like swimming in the Mersey river, that fell to me.

ah ok.
i did the cannonball run back in about 2002, was a real blast, but id never do it again, it was soooo tiring, drove 3000 miles in 5 days with only a couple nights sleep!

one of those things you have to do before you die

i'd love to do the cannonball whayt did you do it in?

In total for us it was 4800 miles in 12 days. about 150 hours.
in a beetle. my bum will never forgive me (in the sence that it wasn't comfortable before anyone gets wrong ideas)

nothing particularly fancy, Audi A4 1.8T, was comfortable though. i didnt envy the guys that did it in open topped westfield and caterham 7 :D

ooohhhhh nice toys, there were points when i wished we were in something comfortable but the beetle was realy cool.
EVERYONE looks at you and waves and smiles.
they are worth about 10k in morocco so we were gods lol.

was great fun and will do it agian!
