Close up photography

Hi

I have a Olympus E-500 with a 40-150mm and 14-45mm lens and was looking for help on as what lens or adapters I can buy for doing close up photoraphy.

You could try macro rings,you can pick them up cheaply on ebay,not sure about Olympus mount though.Not sure if they would lend themselves well to either lens but if you can pick up a cheap set it might be worth a bash. Are Sigma and Tamron knocking out Olympus fit macro lenses?
