Hi also dose Alkalin 8.3 and have just started Prodibio, Biodigest and Bioptim only at the moment(fortnightly).

Full Balling method.
ZEOvit Basic 4 + Amino Acids (once a week) + Coral Vitalizer (once a week).

C Balance here, as well as a good water change with quality salt- RC in my case.

Also during the water change, 2 tsps of sodium bicarbonate for every 25litres of water.

Seachem marine vitamins twice a week.

I use the FM Balling system, so Mag, Calc and Alk. The mag and calc mixes have the Strontium-Barium, Heavy metal and Iodine-Fluorine complexes added to them and as such are dosed as part of the balling method.

I also add Ultra Bio, Ultra Mins and Ultra Bak.
