View Full Version : Canada
I'm in Nova Scotia right now, and will be for a while. Atlantic Canada is often overlooked for the likes of Toronto and Vancouver, however, it certainly has alot to offer. Here are some pics i have captured along the way. I am limited to my uploads as i am editing out of my laptop, which is SLOW to say the least!

What glass are you shooting?
I love the non HDR ones, that more natural element appeals more to me in landscape and wide angle.
Top shots
some class pictures there

Some lovely shots mate. Get into wilderness country. Canadian Shield in Manitoba, or the Northern Rockies in Yukon. The Canadian Rockies are a photo opportunity every minute!
I'm out east the whole time i'm here, lots of eating these fellas ... :)

Lovely light in the first shot. I think Dodge is a really well seen shot, nice dof to it and the B&W suits it. Looks like HDR, is it?

Its got the same sort of light band as the boats mast did in a previous pic Paul, what you reckon is causing it?

Perhaps its the way the light reflects of a shiny-ish cylindrical objust like a mast or an arial,
just a thought. might be unavoidable.
cracking shots though.
in ref to your HRDI stuff, do you know of anywhere on the internet that would teach me how to do it in corel photo paint?

Nice shots there, Favourite has to be blow hole.
Not a fan of over photoshopped images, so they simple crop really makes the picture special.
Keep them coming.
:)
Thanks the blow hole pic wasn't really cropped too much, it was actually a pretty close whale! :)
Perhaps one of canadas MOST photographed sites :-
