New Hi Definition Camera Advice

Hi all

I'm going to buy a new Hi Definition Video Camera and would like some advice.

One thing what I would like to do, is continue to play my previously recorded mini DV tapes (not definition).

Whats the best buy at the moment and gives the best video quality ?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

thought all h/d cameras used memory cards not mini dv's . but i may be wrong....len

HD cam can use mini dv, memory cards or internal hard drives. Can't hep with any recomendations but I would always look at Sony first as they make top quality video gear.
