Well i started chatting about this some time ago and was asking your advice.
then due to law i did`nt think i was going to be able to make it!
last minute got some tickets and set off.
unfortunatly i was short of cash so could`nt afford that slr but i took my trusty fuji along anway and got a few reasonable snaps for my experience and the camera i was using.
we were seated at luffied but i did`nt like it as it is a slow part of the track and in my mind the idea of this is to expereance the speed so on a very wet walk we managed to sneak to the rails of the hanger straight,
with stewards in front with a fence blocking view not ideal but it was a great day out and a photography experience.
just restoring my pc ill pop a few picks up later but i know quite a few people from ur were going to attend so would love to see what they got
cheers tony

my best shot
like i said not great but considering the fence stewards camera and experience im happy with it
no cropping editing ect has been done this is straight off the card

the bigger i make it the better it looks as it fades the fence out
please share
ah man, bet that was awesome. what a shame you didn't have it slightly further out, just to get the 6 inches either end you missed. one of the guru's on here could have photoshopped the fence out.
still a good shot though considering the tools. maybe try a crop of lewis' head and cockpit, maybe that would make a second image all by itself.
nice to be square on like that, well done.
Nice shot especially as this is a moving car, i have a bucket load of F1 shots from when i used to work in F1 and it's always nice to see a natural shot.
Well done there chap.

was a brave but silly move not ideal for his driving style!!
what is a good simple program for cropping and boarder images?

No chance you stand no chance of getting a pass unless your mega rich and famous or working, sorry.
I still do work for F1 teams via my company now and i can not get a pass now, go to testing yes but F1 race day, no.

Very nice. Love the spray effect off the rear of the car, really shows you how the aerodynamics of these cars works.
