Thanks Guys - happy to help. The PO service can work pretty well most times we've had next day 1st class from Southampton to the Orkneys before and shipping at 4.30 pm and delivery 8 am next day; once a 1st class packet took 3 months to get to north England and the replacement took less than 24 hrs.
