Pofi II 3.08 controller keeps freezing/not responding when i hit the connect button

Pofi II 3.08 controller on the laptop keeps freezing/not responding when i hit the connect button, when it does connect and change something and save it freezes/not responding also.

connection via USB

getting frustrated at this problem, is there a solution?

Can you give me a call please, there aren't any issues with the software itself that would cause this, but there may be USB driver issues or Vista permission problems that we can look into for you. Updating the USB converter drivers would be a starting point, and checking that you have installed the software under the administrator account.

When it connects and you click save it tries to write to the local disk, if this is unsuccessful it will hang, which sounds suspiciously like a vista permissions problem.

If none of the above work and if you aren't local to a dealer you will need to enable remote desktop and I'll log onto your PC and take a look.

All resolved with updates to the latest drivers, firmware and software. :)
