help!!!!

iam new to the marine side ov things and just brough a red sea max 34 gallon tank it is all set up and been runnin 4 a week i just want 2 no with the skimmer it keeps putin a lot ov little air bubbles in the tank can any 1 help or is that normal cheers :thanks:

Check out the instruction manual or the troubleshooting section on www.redseamax.com. However in short, you should expect the skimmer to do this for 2-3 weeks depending on your set up. Don't forget that if there is nothing to skim (ie: very little or no livestock), the skimmer can overskim. Likewise if you are using a salt other than Coral Pro or Red Sea salt, it may contain binding agents such as EDTA which can affect skimmer action.

hi, i have same tank i find by keeping the water level up, and the filter pad clean it stops it, i change the pad around every 2 days
