Razor reflectors

I have been trying to get hold of some replacement reflectors for my 3ft razor light fitting for a few months now.
After originally emailing your spares department they informed me they could be purchased from any of your retailers.
The first supper I approached said they did not want to send them to me as they where too fragile. The second took my money then after almost 3 mouth wait have just informed me that you are discontinuing them and that they cannot supply them after all.
Just what is the situation with regarded to supply of these parts? Is there any hope for me as I am getting sad? :(

The razor reflectors are available to buy as a spare and can be ordered via any of our stockists. Some retailers may not want to order in this item as we have to bring them in from Germany and there is a freight charge for a minimum order.

We carry the actual razor units in stock in the Uk but not the reflectors. Hope you can find a retailer who will help you out.

Does anyone know the width of these reflectors? Are they more narrow than arcadia ones?

Thanks, but out of the 3 reflectors listed (some sites just list the complete units) two of them wouldn't supply them. I have not approached the third as I have decided to order the Arcadia.

They Arcadia ones are quite different as they do not have the same W section but will be better than nothing.

try coral garden, they may be able to import them but there is a big delivery surcharge.

Hammant from tropical and marine (Mortlake,London) got some from D&D from me last week (took 5 days!). he is not sponsor but give him a call, I'm sure he will post them out to you.

I gave up trying to buy these reflector,ended up buying the other brand, would it be a good idea if you stock the razor units to also stock the replacement reflector in the UK to, just a thought......
