been looking at the fuji finepix s8100fd for £179.99 anyone have any suggests also the fuji finepix s5700 for £99.99

just seen fuji finepix s8000 fd for £99.99 at currys is it worth the money

i've just bought the s8100fd. i'm quite pleased with it. decent macro mode and a huge zoom. only downside is running aa batteries.

i got rid of my digital slr as i wasnt geting the use out of it and it was a bit bulky lugging it all around.

if your buying online from jessops try entering CAMERAS10 in the discount code and get 10%off. reserve and pick up in store.

£99 for the 8000 is pretty good. i dont think theres much between them apart from the increased megapixels.

yeah looked at 8100 and for the price i could not see much difference between 8100 and 8000 apart from the pixels for my 1st camera i think the 8000 would be sufficient

I've got the 8000FD and i love it. Macro mode is brilliant and the zoom is pretty good as well.

I didn't want to jump in at the deep end and go full DSLR so I went for this as a bridge cam and am glad i did.
